基于FPGA的Camera Link输出编码设计

为了Camera Link摄像机的小型化和集成化,设计并实现了基于FPGA的Camera Link接口的编码输出功能。输出编码分为3个步骤:首先,完成图像像素数据到Camera Link PORT的映射;其次,根据DS90CR287的数据编码要求对PORT数据和同步时钟信号进行编码;最后,通过FIFO和并串转换功能模块完成图像数据和时钟编码信号的LVDS信号输出。使用ModelSim软件,对像素时钟为40 MHz的BASE模式进行了仿真,同时在实物实验中,完成了像素时钟为40 MHz的FULL模式的实验,通过以上两方面实验验证了设计的Camera Link输出编码方案的正确性和可行性。提出的编码方案稳定可靠,可以应用于不同模式下的Camera Link编码输出,具有很高的灵活性和应用价值。     

土木工程专业英语实践环节的教学改革

文章针对目前土木工程专业英语教学中存在的问题,提出实践环节的教学改革,以专业知识获取为切入点,运用完善的文献检索系统,达到专业英语能力培养的目的。结果表明,通过设置合理的实践环节可有效激发学习兴趣,培养学生获取英文专业知识的能力,以此改善专业英语教学质量,培养应用型人才。     

房地产税收对第三产业经济发展影响的研究

采用定性与定量相结合的方法,分析现行房地产税纳税环节存在的问题;利用计量经济学软件Eviews6.0对第三产业经济发展与两大环节的主要税收进行相关性分析。研究发现,保有环节的税收与第三产业的经济发展呈正相关的关系,而流转环节的税收与第三产业的经济发展的相关性不显著。基于此,对我国房地产税制改革提出相关建议。     

Practical Application of ±250‐kV DC‐XLPE Cable for Hokkaido–Honshu HVDC Link

The long‐term dc properties of DC‐XLPE insulation materials, which have been developed for dc use, were investigated. It was found that the lifetime of DC‐XLPE under dc voltage application is extended by the addition of nano‐sized filler. The time dependence of the space charge distribution at 50 kV/mm was observed for 7 days. Almost no accumulation of space charge in DC‐XLPE was found. The 250‐kV DC‐XLPE cables and accessories were manufactured and subjected to a type test and PQ test for use in the Hokkaido–Honshu dc link facility owned by the Electric Power Development Co., Ltd. These tests were performed under conditions that included a polarity reversal test for line commutated converter (LCC) systems as recommended in CIGRE TB 219. The test temperature was 90 °C. The type test and PQ test were successfully completed. The DC‐XLPE cable and accessories were installed in summer 2012 for the Hokkaido–Honshu dc link. After the installation of the dc extruded cable system, a dc high‐voltage test at 362.5 kV (=1.45 PU) for 15 min was successfully completed in accordance with CIGRE TB 219. This dc extruded cable system was put into operation in December 2012 as the world's highest‐voltage extruded dc cable in service and the world's first dc extruded cable for a LCC system including polarity reversal operation.     

Distributed energy storage system‐based control strategy for hybrid DC/AC microgrids in grid‐connected mode

This paper concentrates on the issues with the aim of providing a constant dc‐link voltage and desired power sharing for a distributed energy storage system (DESS)‐based hybrid microgrid under load variations. The hybrid microgrid which is consisted of PV system, lithium battery‐based storage system and a grid‐connected dc/ac converter are controlled by designing a controller based on the zero dynamics‐based mathematical equations of all used converters. Two buck and bidirectional buck‐boost dc/dc converters employed in PV and DESS systems, respectively, are responsible for damping the dc‐link voltage fluctuations, and also the grid‐connected converter is set to enhance the grid power quality and supply continuously the grid‐connected loads. The main contributions of the proposed control technique are simplicity and providing the simultaneous stable performance for both DC and AC sides under both DC and grid‐connected loads variations. Moreover, another contribution of the proposed control technique is providing accurate coordination in both steady‐state and dynamic conditions. To analyze the proposed controller, the dynamic operations of the converters in various operating conditions are evaluated. In this evaluation, several curves based on their zero dynamics are achieved, and their desired operations are completely investigated in different operating conditions. Simulation results in MATLAB/SIMULINK verify the proposed controller ability at reaching the desired zero dynamics and the stable performance of the proposed hybrid microgrid.     

基于边图的线性流重叠社区发现算法

重叠网络的社区发现是复杂网络研究中的重要问题。为了提高网络中重叠社区发现的时间效率，提出一种基于边图的线性流重叠社区发现算法LBSA。算法首先对于边图网络中的边进行随机的依次处理，完成节点的初步社区划分，再将其中重叠小社区合并到相似度最大的其他大社区中得到最终的社区。通过以上步骤，算法能够以接近线性的时间复杂度得到网络的重叠结构。从最终的实验结果来看，与其他算法相比，该算法能够在更短的时间有质量地发现网络中的重叠社区。     

基于航天装备保障精确指挥基本问题的研究

航天装备保障精确指挥在装备保障指挥中具有重要的地位与作用，是装备保障指挥的重要内容。提出了航天装备保障精确指挥的概念，分析研究了航天装备保障精确指挥的关键环节，并分析了航天装备保障精确指挥，对各指挥要素的要求，具有一定的理论和现实意义。     

QUASI‐LIKELIHOOD INFERENCE FOR NEGATIVE BINOMIAL TIME SERIES MODELS

We study inference and diagnostics for count time series regression models that include a feedback mechanism. In particular, we are interested in negative binomial processes for count time series. We study probabilistic properties and quasi‐likelihood estimation for this class of processes. We show that the resulting estimators are consistent and asymptotically normally distributed. These facts enable us to construct probability integral transformation plots for assessing any assumed distributional assumptions. The key observation in developing the theory is a mean parameterized form of the negative binomial distribution. For transactions data, it is seen that the negative binomial distribution offers a better fit than the Poisson distribution. This is an immediate consequence of the fact that transactions can be represented as a collection of individual activities that correspond to different trading strategies.     

Improving energy efficiency using a link adaptation algorithm dedicated for 100 Gbps wireless communication

This paper presents a link adaptation algorithm dedicated for 100 Gbps wireless transmission. Interleaved Reed-Solomon codes are selected as forward error correction (FEC) algorithms. The redundancy of the codes is selected according to the channel bit error rate (BER). The uncomplicated FEC scheme allows implementing a complete data link layer processor in an FPGA (field programmable gate array). In our case, we use the Virtex7 FPGA to validate the functionality of our implementation. The proposed FPGA-processor achieves 169 Gbps throughput. Moreover, the implementation is synthesized into 40 nm CMOS technology and the described link adaptation algorithm allows reducing consumed energy per bit to values below 1 pJ/bit at BER <1e−4. With higher BER, the energy increases up to ∼13 pJ/bit.     

Search Engine Optimization: Comparison of Link Building and Social Sharing

The practice of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) can significantly increase a website’s search rankings, driving more traffic to the website, and thereby increasing revenue. Three primary SEO strategies are Content, Link Building, and Social Sharing. Our study compares the performance of three similar content-rich websites; each uses a different SEO strategy – one focused on Content only, the second uses Content and proactive Link Building, and the third uses Content and Social Media campaign designed to elicit social mentions and social sharing. We use Google Analytics to collect, analyze, and compare their site traffic, domain authority, search ranks, and ad revenue before and after SEO implementation, over the course of 18 months. Our study suggests that link building and social media both improve website traffic and revenue. Social media can be an effective method for quickly building traffic (for events); however, link building provides better return on investment in the long run.
